The typical dosage is 0.18 to 0.27 mg per pound (0.4 to 0.6 mg per kilogram) of body weight. Store the tablets at controlled room temperature between 68Ā°ā77Ā°F, with acceptable temperature excursions between 59Ā°ā104Ā°F. Keep the bottle tightly closed in a dry place.
