Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or refund:
- For our dog accessory products, they must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For single-item orders containing any of our dog supplement products, they may be opened but should be in their original packaging.
- For multi-item orders containing any of our dog supplement products, only the first bottle may be opened while the other/remaining bottle(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles (for multi-item orders as mentioned above) or any products that appear used or tampered with.
- If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us—some flexibility may be offered in certain situations.

Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or rejected.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will go through a full inspection to confirm eligibility.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and approval.
- After approval, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method and email you a confirmation.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are for the product cost only and exclude original shipping or return shipping charges.
- A restocking and/or administrative fee may apply.
- Refunds are typically processed the same day your return is approved, but it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.
Important Return Requirements
To ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- Use a trackable shipping service.
- Provide us with the tracking number once shipped so we can confirm receipt.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
- If a returned item does not meet eligibility criteria (opened, damaged, or different from the approved return), a refund will not be issued.
