- Additional locations for current retailers must also be approved.

- Applicants may be denied based on brand standards criteria.

- A valid credit card must be on file for all accounts.

- Shipments will be held for accounts with invalid credit cards until payment is received.

E-Commerce Policy

E-commerce Policy:

- Retailers must operate a physical brick-and-mortar store, not exclusively e-commerce.

- Retailers are prohibited from using open market platforms like eBay or Amazon.

MSRP Guidelines

- Retailers can incorporate Millionaire Mutt in storewide seasonal promotions and coupons.

- Clearance of Millionaire Mutt products is not permitted.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: Contact us within 7 days for damaged or unsatisfactory items.

Conditions: Items must be new, unused, clean, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items: Promptly report damaged, defective, or missing items for replacements.

Damaged Package: Notify the carrier of any visible damage at delivery and report it to us at support@millionairemutt.com with pictures.
